• Rehabilitative exercises

Rehabilitative exercises are critical to a pain-free lifestyle.  They keep the core strong, the posture upright, and lessen the likelihood of injuries. We teach our patients how to do quick, specific, and easy exercises that feel great.  Our expectation is they continue practicing them at home daily.  The more of a routine the exercises become, the better you will feel.  Individual and/or group exercise classes such as yoga, tai chi, and pilates are always recommended.

    MAINTENANCE CARE

Most insurance companies will cover the acute phase of chiropractic care, which lasts up to 4 weeks.  This is the time where chiropractic treatments are more frequent, and the relief builds each visit.  At the end of this period, you will have the option to participate in chiropractic maintenance care.  The benefits of chiropractic maintenance care, such as the decreased likelihood of re-injury, are what keep you on the path of wellness.  This type of care is not covered by insurance, and we offer affordable payment options to keep you feeling your best.
